SLEEP CONSULTING
Research shows that sleep is just as important at eating, drinking and breathing. Lack of sleep contributes to obesity, poor memory retention and weakened immune systems. On top of our physical health, sleep deprivation is linked closely with mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder.
I can remember (vividly), finally getting my daughter down for the 100th time at night and having just fallen back to sleep, only to have her wake up again moments after. I can remember not being able to move my body in that moment to go get her and do it all over again. I can remember the tears rolling down my face as I fed her, knowing that she wasn't hungry, but needed the breast to get back to sleep. If any of this sounds relatable - you are not alone. We are here to support you.

“When in the throws of newborn life and the 4 month sleep regression, we were cosleeping and holding our son for every nap. I was miserable and we were up SO many times every night. Sarah at West Coast Sleep saved us. She gave us a simple plan to follow that we were comfortable with and was available when we had questions. Having someone there for questions, troubleshooting as well as moral support was so helpful. I also want to add that there was absolutely no judgment from her about how we were previously doing things, which I have not seen from other "sleep trainers".
Sleep is crucial, not only for our babies but for us as moms to be able to cope with the stress of having a new baby. I am forever thankful for how Sarah helped our family and recommend West Coast Sleep to literally every new mom I meet.”
